Away -0.25:

• If the home team has a worse form, and the away team is struggling to give even a -0.25 line, that means the strength difference isn’t big. In such cases, there’s a fair chance the away team wins narrowly, e.g., 1-0, and has a slightly higher chance of beating the handicap.
